Where are you located?
Our factory is located in Lagos, Nigeria. We also ship our wigs directly to the UK and the USA. You are purchasing the best handmade braided wigs from the direct original source.
How long will it take to receive my wig?
For “ready to ship” wigs, we ship out within 24-48 hours after payment is confirmed.
For “custom orders”, we ship out on or before the processing time elapses.
PROCESSING TIME:
Micro twist: 10-14 days
Nano bob: 3-4 weeks
Nano braided weave: 6-8 weeks
Others: 5-10 days
Delivery time for DHL express shipping usually takes 3 -7 working days depending on the country and city.
How long will the wig last?
Our products are made to be reusable and long-lasting, however, the expectant life of your particular wig depends on the quality type and the care you provide to your hair is very important. Care instructions are included in every purchase to help you with tips that will help maintain the wigs for as long as possible. However, it’s safe to say that your braided wig can last as long as 4 years.

Do I have to apply glue or can I wear the wig glueless?
All our wigs are made to be worn glueless. We also attach elastic band and in some cases, 3 combs to hold it perfectly in place.
